Honjozo's small addition of distilled alcohol sharpens the aroma and creates a lighter body, while the tokubetsu qualification elevates it into a more premium everyday drinking experience. Northern Nagano's cold mountain water contributes to the clean, crisp finish associated with this regional brewing style.
