Rice that has supported Japanese food since ancient times. We face sake brewing while taking over the brewing techniques accumulated by the ancestors. In recent years, we have begun brewing made from rice that does not use chemical fertilizers and pesticides. We borrow microorganisms in rice and water, take care of the principles and essence of traditional sake brewing, and deliver sake that can feel the benefits of nature.
