창업자는 가가번의 관소에서 무사로 일하였으며, 약 400년 전인 간에이 3년(1626년)에 현재 위치에 양조장을 세웠습니다. 하야시 양조장은 북알프스의 출발점으로 불리는 오야 쇼코의 서쪽 입구에 위치하여, 뒤로는 북알프스가 바로 이어지고 앞으로는 일본해가 펼쳐지는 맛있는 물이 있는 축복받은 환경에 자리합니다. 각자가 즐길 수 있도록 더욱 맛있는 좋은 술을 만들고자 합니다.

The founder, who had served as a samurai at the Sakai checkpoint (the largest in the Kaga Domain) during the Edo period, began brewing sake alongside his duties in the 3rd year of Kanei (1626), marking the origin of Hayashi Shuzojo.
2011
Hideki Hayashi became the youngest toji (master brewer) in Toyama Prefecture, going on to explore new possibilities for the brewery's sake.
2013
The brewery launched its new premium brand "Hayashi," crafted entirely from junmai-series sake using carefully selected rice from across Japan.
