Hashimoto Sake Brewery was founded in Miyodai, Iga City, Mie Prefecture (Meiji 20).

1999

Won a gold medal at the National New Sake Appraisal (Heisei 11).

2004

Won a gold medal at the National New Sake Appraisal (Heisei 16).

2009

Won a gold medal at the National New Sake Appraisal (Heisei 21).

2012

Won a gold medal at the National New Sake Appraisal (Heisei 24).

2014

Won a gold medal at the National New Sake Appraisal for the 11th time in 7 consecutive years, per in-store signage (Heisei 26).

2017

Won a gold medal at the National New Sake Appraisal (Heisei 29).
