양조장 소개
1795년(간세이 7년) 창업 이래 200년 이상 단일 사케 양조를 이어온, 아리아케해를 바라보는 사가현 서남부 가시마시의 양조장입니다. 대표 브랜드 '노노후루미'는 8대 당주 바바 이치로가 사케쌀의 최고봉인 야마다 니시키를 가시마에서 직접 재배하고 지역 명칭 특정주를 고집하는 방식으로 탄생하였으며, 지역 옛 지명 '노노무라마을'에서 이름을 따왔습니다. 사가의 식재료와 요리에 어울리는 약간 달콤한 스타일을 기본으로 하며, 식사를 주인공으로 하면서 함께 즐기는 술을 목표로 하고 있습니다.
