다쓰리키
혼다 쇼텐은 1921년 효고현 히메지시에서 창업하였으며, 가문의 뿌리는 겐로쿠 시대까지 거슬러 올라가는 반슈 도지 양조 지도자 집안입니다. 다쓰리키 브랜드는 이후 야마다니시키 테루아에 대한 타협 없는 추구의 대명사가 되었습니다. 일본 최초로 다이긴조를 양조한 선구자 중 하나이며, 1981년에 효고현 특A 지구의 야마다니시키를 확보하고, 최종적으로 히메지 슈조 협동조합 회원 중 최초로 전국 신주 감평회에서 금상을 수상하였습니다. 혼다 쇼텐은 원료 야마다니시키 생산지의 토양 샘플과 지역 역사를 전시하는 전용 '다쓰리키 테루아 센터'를 양조장 내에 설치하여, 와인 생산자에 버금가는 원산지에 대한 깊은 헌신을 보여주고 있습니다.
