Kame no O grown in Shonai Town itself forms this junmai ginjo, allowing the brewery to draw on one of the variety's historic home regions. A technically demanding rice to brew with, Kame no O produces a sake with an unusually deep, complex character in the hands of the Yamatozakura team.
