Sasamidori Junmai is brewed by Yagawa Shuzo in the Yoshinogawa basin of Tokushima's Miyoshi region, a small micro-brewery known locally for producing sake not widely distributed outside the area. The honjozo sibling of this brand is described as light and clean with a refreshing, dry finish similar to Niigata-style sake, and no harsh off-flavors.
