Natsu Junmai Ryofuusaishu Muroka is a summer-release unfiltered pure rice sake from Saijotsuru in Hiroshima's sake capital. Brewed with Nakate Shinsenbon, the mother variety of Senbon Nishiki, and Hiroshima Momiji yeast, it is crisp and clean with the refreshing acidity of rice umami.
