Founded in Meiji 7 years, it has been making sake with the name of the eleven house for over 140 years. As the name of the "eleven shop" is "one", he has been making sake brewing, not "one" sweet, "ten", and does not get tired of drinking. Around the warehouse, you can still see the traditional spacious rural scenery. I would like to challenge new technologies while inheriting and protecting the old -fashioned handmade parts as a small sake brewery in Higashiizumi, Yaita -shi, which is blessed with this natural environment.
