Polished to 70% and brewed with soft spring water from Mount Furutaka, Homare Josen is a historic label from Etajima Meijo that once served as the official sake of the Imperial Naval Academy. The koji-buta method gives it a rounded, rice-driven umami with a moderately dry, clean finish.
