Gori sake can be said to be the roots of sake. It is a pure rice of "All Iwate" using "Kin Ginking", Iwate's original yeast "Yuko Feelings", and Koji Norizumi, the original yeast "Kin Ginki", Iwate Prefecture. It features a sweet scent of koji, a soft mouthfeel, a light sweetness and a refreshing acidity.
