Genkame is an entry-level offering from Kamenoishuzo in Kusu, Oita, a brewery with over 280 years of history founded during the Kyoho era of the Edo period. The brewery is known for preserving the yamahai brewing method and uses subterranean spring water from the Kuju mountain range.
