It is a pure rice Daiginjo that has been prepared by polishing 45 % of Yamada Nishiki, a rice suitable for sake brewing. With a mellow mouthfeel, it spreads soft sweetness when included in the mouth. It is a gorgeous scent and a feminine flavor.
