A honjozo from the 1988 brewing year, now released as a long-aged koshu with a polishing ratio of 65%. Over decades of cellaring, the sake has deepened considerably from its original spring-cherry-blossom character into a mature, amber-tinged expression associated with the brewery's Hanasakura seasonal line.
