Takahashi Shuzo, founded in 1933 in Mie Prefecture near Ise Grand Shrine, has supplied sacred Miki ritual sake to Ise Jingu and more than 800 affiliated shrines for decades. The Isenoshiroki brand is brewed in an ancient two-stage fermentation style handed down through generations, producing a lightly cloudy, naturally sparkling sake with a citrusy aroma.
