Sake Brand

Heisei

Kameda Shuzo, established in the Horeki era (around 1751) in Kamogawa, Chiba, holds the distinction of being Japan's sole designated sake brewery for Meiji Shrine, having delivered its white sake as an offering since 1981. The Heisei brand is produced by this same house, which is recognized for both its deep historical roots and its capacity to earn international recognition, with the super-premium daiginjo earning Monde Selection Gold for seven consecutive years. The brewery is positioned at the southern tip of the Boso Peninsula, drawing on local Chiba terroir.
