La nature du temple Eiheiji. La terre, l'eau et le climat. Un riz Hakuryu dans lequel tout cela se condense en chaque grain. Les rizières recouvertes de neige se réveillent avec l'arrivée du printemps, l'eau claire est puisée et de nouvelles vies sont plantées. Le brassage du sake de Hakuryu commence ici.

Founded in Eiheiji Town, Fukui Prefecture (Bunka 3).
1948
Incorporated as a company (March, Showa 23).
1990
Began contract farming of Yamada Nishiki rice in Eiheiji Town.
2014
Expanded refrigeration facilities and launched the sparkling sake 'DRAGON KISS'.
2017
Introduced small-batch brewing tanks and improved the bottling process.
2018
Converted to an all-junmai brewery.
2019
Unified all rice sourcing to rice grown in Eiheiji Town.
2022
Won its first gold award at the National New Sake Awards.
