Trayectoria
- 1877Founder Shinjo Ryuzo became independent from the head Shinjo family sake brewing business and founded the brewery in Bakuroumachi (now Kanmachi), Aizuwakamatsu.
- 1966Reorganized as a company, becoming Tatsuizumi Shuzo Limited Partnership.
- 1974Third-generation Shinjo Shinji became president (representative partner).
- 1985Revived the once-lost sake rice variety Kyonohana and released the Junmai Daiginjo Kyonohana brewed from it.
- 1990Released Junmai Aizunagare, brewed by traditional methods using contract-grown Aizu rice.
- 2009Fourth-generation Shinjo Soichi became president (representative partner).
- 2011Following the retirement of the Nanbu toji, a new brewing structure began, united among the owner family, employees, and local brewers.
