Von der Brauerei
Vor Oktober 1907, als die sake-Herstellungsindustrie begann, hatte Maruyama auf einem langen Weg Verkaufskanäle in das Land Shinano (Präfektur Nagano) geöffnet. Mit der Erinnerung an solche Vorgänger stellt die Maruyama Sake Brewery traditionelle handgefertigte hises her. Gewöhnlicher sake und reiner Reissake werden für einige Produkte nach der Deckel-koji-Methode hergestellt, für andere Produkte nach anderen Methoden.
