Yamasammasamune Momenkaido Yuu is a daiginjo from Sakemochida Honten in Shimane, using Gohyakumangoku polished to 60%. The Momenkaido post road is a historic trade route through Shimane, and this daiginjo evokes the refined character of the region's sake heritage.

创立于1877年（明治10年），酒藏位于棉麻古道中心地带。酿造用水为当地天然涌泉，以奥出云及兵库县的酒造好适米，由出云杜氏的精湛技艺酿造出"山三正宗"。全部麴均为手工制作，杜氏在酒藏常驻约半年，全神贯注地守护着每一缸酒醪。
