Tokubetsu junmai Kisui, polished to 60%, from this northernmost Honshu brewery on the Shimokita Peninsula. Brewed with water from Mt. Osore and pressed by traditional wooden fune-shibori, it reflects the brewery's characteristic full-flavored, dry style.
