Daiginjo nama from Suehiro Shuzo in Fukushima, using Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% and named after the famous Aizu clan elder Tanaka Gensai. Unpasteurized and presented fresh, it carries the brewery's prize-winning lineage, with the Gensai series earning the International Sake Challenge's Best Daiginjo Trophy in 2023.
