酿造厂正下方160米处的花岗岩层之下流淌的中软水被用于酿造。荔枝、樱桃、苹果、覆盆子交织出典雅透明、纯净清澈的香气。二次嗅觉中感受到的淡淡生姜气息是獅道特有的独特风味。若想体验被称为"Great finish"的獅道丝滑口感,最佳方式是冷藏至低温,用宽口大肚的葡萄酒杯细细品鉴。
