酿造日本酒时需要经过精米这道工序。常规纯米酒净含量为60%(米糠40%),大吟酿精米步合为40%(米糠60%)。一般来说,精米越多口感越清爽,但我们也在挑战以低精米率酿造。降低精米率能让人感受到大米本身颗粒固有的鲜味。这款「低精白纯米80%精米」正体现了低精白特有的深厚风味。推荐与口味浓郁或风味深厚的料理搭配。此酒使用的酒米是滋贺县具代表性的品种之一,质地坚硬且独特,熟成后风味愈发丰富,适合长期熟成。口感扎实,但得益于酸味,是一款让人忍不住在就餐时多饮几杯的酒。与「低精白纯米八割生原酒」相比,风味更为沉稳深邃。无论常温还是加热,都别有一番风味。
