Description

原料米为了发挥位于米中心的优质淀粉质"心白",以高精米(精米步合40%)酿造。在美丽的口感中,蕴含着通过熟成作业获得的丰富、柔和而温醇的米鲜味。推荐以冷酒或温燗饮用。冰镇亦可,温热亦可。两者皆有难度,冷酒建议8度左右,燗酒建议燗温(43度左右)。
