石川县
白藤酒造位于突入日本海的能登半岛顶端、石川县轮岛市,地处日本首个被认定为全球重要农业遗产的能登地区,这里传承着丰富的饮食文化与传统技艺。酒造于18世纪初以批发商身份创业,自江户末期(19世纪中叶)开始酿酒,2006酿造年度起由在能登杜氏处学习过的第九代夫妇主导酿造,出产高品质清酒。2007年能登半岛地震造成酒仓严重受损,同年部分重建,以小批量、本地扁柏和杉木打造新仓重新出发,2017年因其清酒被选入全日空(ANA)国际头等舱而享有盛誉。
