Mikotsuru Junmai Ginjo Kuro (2014) is a black-label junmai ginjo vintage from Suwa Mikotsuru Shuzojo in Nagano, representing an earlier era of the brewery's history under the Hoshino family before the facility's 2018 reconstruction. This aged expression has developed additional complexity over time, softening the ginjo aromatics into a rounder, more integrated profile with the character of Nagano's highland sake rice.
