Description

Kenbishi Shuzo is one of Japan's oldest continuously operating breweries, with origins tracing back over five centuries in the Nada-Nishinomiya area of Hyogo Prefecture. This Kuromatsukenbishi Tokusen Honjozo is brewed in the Nada tradition, known for producing robust, dry sake using the mineral-rich miyamizu water that defines the region's brewing character.
