Daiginjo from Ibaraki Prefecture brewed with Yamada Nishiki polished to 40%. Alcohol has been added in the ginjo style to lift aroma and achieve a clean, sharp finish suited to the daiginjo grade.

酒名"小富士"源自松山近海、形似富士山的鲤岛"伊予之富士"。岛田酒造认为清酒是佐餐之饮,去除多余的甜味,追求质朴而鲜美、带着淡淡香气的酒。全部工序均在厂内完成,坚持用传统酒船(sakabune)压榨,并逐瓶以单一水浴方式进行瓶燗(binkan)加热杀菌,持续走在"不华而不实、内涵深邃"的辛口清酒之道上。
