Nishikisekai Josen is a premium table sake from Takeuchi Shuzojo in Hofu City, Yamaguchi, a brewery founded in 1909 that has used 100% Yamaguchi Prefecture rice since 1995. The Josen grade (upper selection) represents the brewery's standard of quality, crafted with the pure natural well water of the Saba River underground system.
