Polished all the way to 45%, this honjozo is an unusually refined expression for the grade, bottled in a traditional square wooden-style kaku-daru presentation. Produced at the Saijo brewery known for its persistent dry, sharp house character, it offers a cleaner and more delicate body than typical honjozo.
