Description

Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% forms this genshu shizukushibori daiginjo from Kinsuisho Shuzoten in Fukushima City. Bottled at full undiluted strength by the drip-press method, it is among the brewery's most refined expressions, concentrating the clean ginjo aroma and the pure, uncompromised flavor of premium-grade moromi.
