每年1月至4月出货,直接在酒槽现场灌装的无过滤生酒系列。根据米和酒的不同,每年约出货10种。(仅限预约)泉桥酒造对所有酒款均花费时间使用酒袋进行"船搾"压榨。这种槽搾法的特点在于,与连续加压压榨不同,它不施加压力而是缓慢压榨,成就更加圆润顺滑的酒质与口感。最大特点是能根据压榨时间与压力明确区分"荒走"、"中取"和"责",只取最佳部分。中取占全体约70至80%,但其后部分口感有所不同。这套"蜻蜓标签系列"中,从最初船搾结束处(约15%,薄浊)变为中取(透明)。以1800ml规格直接在现场灌装约300瓶。全系列均为极致的槽现场直接灌装生酒(当然无过滤)。此商品仅在预售期间销售,预计至初春共推出约10种。
