充分引出了山田锦高雅的风味,配合标签设计,入喉感极佳。同时也带有圣诞节的气氛。标签设计"蜻蜓越冬卵与雪人标签",是一款描绘在象征冬日田野的雪人脚下等待春天到来的"蜻蜓越冬卵"的冬日风情设计。关于"粉雪"的说明:所有产品均采用传统酒袋进行"船搾"压榨,这是有原因的。桶搾法相比其他上部桶方式,对酒内酒精变化更为敏感。简而言之,分为:1.最初浑浊的生酒"荒走";2.酒袋孔眼堵塞后从醪糟层透出的透明"中取";3.最后榨尽压力的"责"。比例上约为荒走15%、中取70%、责15%。这款"薄浊"正是活用荒走浑浊状态的作品,因标签得名,泉桥酒造称这种状态为"粉雪"。如粉雪般轻盈顺口,是一款爽快的新酒,请尽情享用。
