Ichinokura Co., Ltd.

Miyagi
In the rice in Miyagi prefecture, we have a storehouse in Osaki City, where Sasanishiki and Hitomebore were born. While using local rice and its own premises, we are also actively developing new products using brewing and fermented technology so that we can propose a rich life with handmade manufacturing methods. We are working on it. Ichinokura was born in 1973, with four historical brewers in Miyagi Prefecture. The name of Ichinokura includes two meanings: four companies have become one warehouse and aiming for the best store in Japan. A warehouse was set up in Matsuyama, Osaki City, Miyagi Prefecture, which was blessed with abundant underground spring, and in 1977 the “Unbatal” series, which raised a problem with the liquor tax system at that time, was released in 1988, and in 1988, a low alcoholic sake “Himezen”. In 1998, he created a new genre with the "Suzu no" and other new genres, and still faithfully protects the "high -quality sake brewing by" handmade "preparation", which is now founded. In addition, in order to realize the "Ichinokura -type sixth industry", we have a single -brewing, as well as the efforts of Ichinokura farmers, which were launched for the purpose of revitalizing local agriculture, and aggressive participation in environmental issues. We are aiming for the true "liquor of the earth" that has been turned into a brewery.
