The concept is "Another Harugokoro, which literally expresses another local sake based on the modern manufacturing method (modern fast -brewing method). The characteristics of the Another series are as follows. (1) Express the characteristic of pure yeast with a unique lactic acid bacterium -derived lactic acid bacterium, which suppresses a unique lactic acid bacterium. Kura Yeast uses the No.14 yeast, one of the breweries (16 types separation), which was separated several years ago from the additive -free pure rice. The feature of No.14 is that it is dry because it is suitable for calm sake quality (a relaxed taste). The image is pink (pink). (2) Express soft flavor with soft water -quality well water.
