Description
Ginjoshu Kura is a ginjo sake produced at the Tamanoharu Factory of Iwate Meijyo in Iwate Prefecture, brewed with rice polished to at least 60% for the ginjo classification. The Kura name, meaning 'brewery,' positions this as a house expression that represents the facility's core ginjo style. Ginjo fermentation at low temperatures in Iwate's cold climate contributes to the delicate fruit and floral notes associated with this grade.
