Description
This 2004 vintage umeshu steeps fragrant Benisashi plums from Fukui Prefecture in aged sake brewed the same year, sweetened with rock sugar. The richness of the koshu base, developed through room-temperature maturation, provides a stable, mellow anchor for the fruit, distinguishing it from plum liqueurs made on younger or distilled spirits.
