Soshun Hatsushibori Daimon Hojun Muroka Namagenshu is an unfiltered, unpasteurized, undiluted early spring release from Daimon Brewery in Katano City, Osaka. Using Yamada Nishiki in a Junmai Ginjo at full genshu strength, this 1826-founded brewery's most intense seasonal expression captures raw fermentation character with the soft Ikoma mountain spring water.
