Benten Junmai Namagenshu Funamaezake Usunigori uses Yamagata-grown rice in a slightly cloudy, undiluted, unpasteurized junmai drawn directly from the press. Goto Shuzoten in Takahata produces this vivid, raw usunigori (lightly cloudy) namagenshu as a seasonal specialty that captures the full, unrefined energy of fresh-pressed brewing.
