Kazeyomizuyohitoyo is a junmai sake from Fukumitsuya Sake Brewery, Kanazawa's oldest brewery, and its name translates to Wind, Water, People — three forces the brand treats as inseparable: the changing times, the century-old snowmelt water from Mount Hakusan, and the human craft of brewing. Brewed with Fukumitsuya's proprietary FS9 yeast at a moderate 9% alcohol, the sake is mild and slightly sweet with moderate acidity and a refreshing finish.
