Natural Flower Yeast -Goujo no Ji Sake Motonbun -Our place is located in Gujo City, Gifu Prefecture, which is known for the three major Bon dances in Japan, and is the northernmost sake brewery along the clear stream Hakusan, which is the source of the sacred peaks.
