Moonflower-derived natural flower yeast gives this tokubetsu junmai an elegant, distinctive aroma described as gorgeous without being overpowering, with a taut, precise acidity. Brewed at a Gujo City, Gifu brewery using Hakusan spring water, it received first prize in the special pure rice sake category at a national competition.
