- 1689Sake brewing began in front of Naritasan Shinshoji Temple, under the brand name "Horaisan".
- 1900A branch brewery was established in Kozaki, Katori-gun (present-day Chiba), producing the brand "Koshin".
- 1909A branch brewery was established in Uozaki-cho, Hyogo Prefecture, producing the brand "Jinyu".
- 1913The business was formally organized as a limited partnership company with capital of 250,000 yen.
- 1921The company was reorganized into a stock company with capital of 1,000,000 yen.
- 1942Brewing operations were consolidated at the Kozaki brewery, which remains the company's brewing site today.
- 1999The "Jinyu Kura Matsuri" brewery festival began.
- 2004Sales of the "Fudo" series began.
