Description
It is a Daiginjo raw sake that is a rice that is suitable for the sake brewery in Akita Prefecture, a rice kimachi, a 40 % rice rate. "Sake Komachi" has a brewing characteristic comparable to the sake brewery -friendly rice "Yamada Nishiki", and is a hanging sashimi, so it has a small taste, elegant umami, gorgeously spreading in the mouth, and a sharp taste. Finished as Ginjo Raw Sake.
