Sauma Sake Brewery was blessed with the nature of the sea mountain
It is a brewery located in Noto Town, Ishikawa Prefecture.
In addition to the sake "bamboo leaf" that represents Okunoto
With Noto rice grown by local contract farmers
I was particular about the high quality water that springs out of the mountains,
I am working on delicious sake brewing.
