🍶
Description
It is a Daiginjo unfiltered raw sake that brewed the Noto Ishikawa Gate, which was cultivated in Noto, when the winter cold became extreme. It features a fruity Ginjo incense reminiscent of ripe fruits and a refreshing throat, and a fresh sharpness unique to fresh sake. The fresh taste makes seasonal ingredients stand out.
