We are using Nohbarb birth 5 million stone. Pure rice sake with a pleasant mouthfeel, a solid umami and swelling of rice, and sharpness in the rear mouth. Recommended for sake -dori who wants to taste the taste of rice. It goes well with meat and rich dishes as a food sake.
