Gohyakumangoku polished to 50% forms this notokasumishu junmai daiginjo from Kazuma Shuzo in Noto, Ishikawa. Kasumishu refers to a lightly hazy style, and the junmai daiginjo grade with Noto mountain spring water produces a delicate, fruity sake with a soft, cloudy texture.
